Miles are pooled across the whole trip instead of counted day by day, so a three-day rental gives you 450 miles to spend however you like. Anything past the allowance is $7 a mile, settled when the car comes back.

How much we hold depends on how you're insured:

• Your own full-coverage policy, extended to rentals$2,500
• Coverage bought through our insurance partner$3,750
• Foreign licence, covered through our partner (subject to approval)$5,000

It's a hold on a credit card in your name, not a charge, and it's released within a few business days of return once the car checks out. We confirm the exact amount after reviewing your documents; longer rentals can call for a larger hold.

Rentals start at 24 hours. Over holidays and big Miami weekends like Art Basel or the Grand Prix, some cars have a longer minimum; we'll tell you when you check availability.
